Booking and payment policy

Reservations are only confirmed after payment of 50% of the total amount. The rest must be paid at check-in (we accept cash, card or transfer).

If you choose not to use a credit card at the time of booking, we will contact you to offer bank deposit or transfer options. In this case, guests will have 48hrs to complete the chosen transaction, sending the receipt by email and thus confirming the reservation. Upon expiration of this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

They daily rate includes:

  • Bed and bath linen;

  • Breakfast;

  • Tents cleaning;

  • Use of spaces for common use;

  • Outdoor parking.

Cancellation or alteration requests must be requested in writing to the email

Cancellation refund policy:

  • Up to 30 days before the check-in date: 90% refund of the amount paid.

  • Up to 15 days before the check-in date: 50% refund of the deposited amount.

  • Less than 15 days before the check-in date: there will be no refund of the amount paid.

The cancellation of the stay on arrival or after the entry as well as the early departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund or cash refund.

Change of booking dates will be subject to availability at no extra cost.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Rules of conduct

  • Check-in time: 02:00 PM / Check-out time: 12:00 PM;

  • On the day of arrival or departure, in case of availability, early check-in (up to 4 hours before) or late check-out (up to 4 hours after) will be granted free of charge. If you want to take advantage of the benefit, notify the arrival or departure time in advance

  • Courtesy for 01 child under 10 years per tent;

  • Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 1o:00 am. As the meal is freshly prepared for each guest, we recommend scheduling the time and type of menu chosen the night before to avoid delays at breakfast;

  • If case you want to use the ground fire as a barbecue, make a reservation in advance at the reception;

  • Alcoholic beverages that are not purchased at the Venturi Glamping cafeteria are not allowed;

  • At the reception we have beach towels available for a rental fee as it is not allowed to remove towels from the tents;

  • The use of any sound device, such as speakers or any other device that may disturb other guests, is prohibited;

  • Please park in a way that facilitates the entry and exit of other vehicles.
